Realm Construction Update – August Progress

As summer draws to a close, exciting progress continues across the Realm community. August brought significant construction milestones in both Building D and Building C, moving us closer to welcoming homeowners into their future residences.

Building D Highlights 

• MPH floor walls were fully poured. 
• Windows are now installed up to the 14th floor. 
• The mechanical riser is complete through the 15th floor. 
• Hallways are drywalled up to the 8th floor. 
• Suite rough-in and finishing work is underway from the ground floor through the 5th floor. 

Building C Highlights 

• The MPH floor slab was successfully poured. 
• Windows have been installed through to the 12th floor. 
• Mechanical riser installation is complete up to the 12th floor. 
• Hallways are drywalled up to the 7th floor. 
• Suite rough-in and finishing work is progressing from the ground floor through the 5th floor. 

These achievements mark meaningful steps toward completing the Realm community. For homeowners, this means their future homes are steadily taking shape, while for investors and industry partners, it highlights the pace and precision driving the project’s delivery.
